Thats true. I just thought that maybe this was a glitch with the KDE 4.1
since it only began when I did a full upgrade from plain ol' Kubuntu KDE.

I won't have time to do it today (currently remodeling kitchen), but I
will definitely check out my BIOS. I would gladly ask here, as already
I'm getting some good responses and suggestions. Having this issue while
doing this home project, has been like a thorn in my side. Mainly
because everything I tried to do to fix it, didn't worked, and I didn't
have a lot of spare time to dwell on it. At least my kitchen is looking
awesome. :-D
