Error trying to fetch various KDE 4.1.3 files

That version has just been tagged in the source repository. The announcement 
of the release and therefore official start of all kind of packages will be 
next week, probably exactly one week after the tagging.

Depending on how a distributor's packaging is done, some packages will be 
available before that, e.g. the base packages before the ones which build on 
them.
