Changing encoding in Dolphin

I checked the card in Windows, and it turns out that it is codepage
862. Furthermore, the C: drives of all the Windows machines that I
checked were all 862. Furthermore, the drive now automounts and
appears with the correct filesystem encoding, that is, Hebrew looks
like Hebrew! I'm not sure what happened, as I did not change anything
on my computer and all I did to the card was check the codepage in
windows. Strange, but I'm not complaining. I'd still like to have a
reproducible fix, but in the meantime I'm happy.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
