looking for a theme's pixmaps

Hello list,

I'm looking for a bit of an old theme I used to use,
and which I don't seem to find on the internet.

There is a screenshot here:

And iirc, that screenshot is from rh8, from arround
Nov. 2002 for more information.

And I'd really appreciate if anybody could tell me
something about so I can track the package it was ship
with or something similar, so I can get it.

The thing is that I've just finished with a window
manager of my own, and wanted to give it that look by
default. 

I'm just trying to get the whole thing (pressed
pixmaps for the close, maximize and menu buttons) so I
don't have to imagine them and/or copy that screenshot
with gimp or inkscape.

So if anyone can tell me something about that would be
really great.
