Pulseaudio mixer control for KDE

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a Pulseaudio volume control for KDE
without arts (I'm not using it)? I'm using Pulseaudio as an ALSA
plugin and I can't seem to find any mixers that support the Pulseaudio
volume control, even as an ALSA device.
