missing config dialogs?

My guess was because e.g. 'joystick.desktop' has the line 
'X-KDE-FactoryName=kcm_joystick', and because konsole doesn't want to 
start 'kcm_konsole', it wants to start 'kcmkonsole'. Therefore I was 
thinking maybe there must be a 'kcmkonsole.desktop' to redirect 
'kcmkonsole' to 'kcm_konsole.so'. But since that didn't seem to work, 
maybe that's not it.

Well, because I'm a developer and like to hack on it? :-) Also because 
my distro only has 3.5.4, and I am probably at some point going to want 
to build 3.5.6.

I'll see what the other devs have to say... thanks for trying, at least 
I have a bunch more information than when I started!
