How to create missing icons for toolbar items in Kmail

I've had a go with this today, but emailidentities doesn't exist in 
FC2's .kde. Putting that aside, Kevins suggestions have worked ok, and I was 
able to move FC2's mail to FC5, and likewise Konquerors bookmarks.

Doesn't solve the missing toolbar icon problems though on FC2. Never mind. You 
can't have everything.
