KDE Menu Bars size

[Paul Ward]

Hello Steven,

When I open any application ie konqueror or control manager, the main title
bar is larger than I would like, where is teh setting to change this. I have
tried right clicking on it but can not find where I can adjust this by pixel
size, also how can I make the K menu smaller as currently it spreads to the
top of the desktop when open.
