several taskbars

I would like to launch several task bars, each collecting a given class of
applications (so as to group editor sessions, etc) and possibly including
the bar into the konqueror navigation panel.
Is it feasible?
If not, how to reach the relevant kde developers, to discuss that possible
enhancement?
