That's easy... The one thing you have to make sure is that your crontab script 
has the DISPLAY variable set or that dcop is invoked with the 
appropriate --user, --all-users etc. options. You can write a flexible and 
smart script that checks to see if the user is logged and on what display and 
then invokes dcop.
