I've managed to enable the win key without modifying my xorg config. "Simply" 
go to Regional & Accessibility, Keyboard Shortcuts setting and choose "KDE 
default for 4 modifier keys".  But maybe you also have to change your 
keyboard layout (also in Regional & A.) to describe precisely your keyboard.
