Two problems, are they known/in bugzilla? 1. Move Message popup, 2. Filters after 50 or so don't work

Wonderful, thanks!  (So it is fixed, i.e., no longer a bug.)  

Unfortunately, I don't (or haven't in a long time) upgrade kde "within" my 
distro--I usually just wait until I install a new or upgraded distro, which 
is probably what I'll do in this case.
