new to Kubuntu

Sorry if i havent explained everything, at the time being im using Ubuntu
and it is distribution with GNOME enviroment. I was trying to help you bsing
on my own experience, I have been using Kubuntu but since Horay 5.10 KDE
used to have Kynaptic as repository manager but now it is something
diffrent. "SUDO" is emulation of SU and it uses your account password.
