KDE compilation for ARM

Hello,

I was able to compile TinyX and qt-embedded-free-3.3.6 for
Arm using Cross tool chain 3.4.2
Now, when I tried to cross compile arts-1.5.4 I had got the following Errors

/home/kde/build/arts-1.5.4/mcopidl/.libs/lt-mcopidl: Success
make[3]: *** [artsflow.cc] Error 1

Problem is lt-mcopidl is Arm executable.

Can any one suggest how to cross compile arts-1.5.4 for Arm
