A new default cursor theme?

What about to set the "ComixCursors"
(http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=32627) cursor theme
as the default cursor theme for the upcoming KDE 4 release?

The "ComixCursors" is a really pretty SVG based transparent cursor
theme that got a 80% rating on kde-look.org. This theme harmonizes
quite well with the look of the upcoming plasma interface.

It must not be the default theme but at least, this theme should be
integrated as an selectable option. So many users mustn't download and
install this theme.
