Strange (annoying) pop up window when pasting

>From time to time, when I type "Control-V" to a KDE application for
pasting
the clipboard content, an annoying dialogue window pops up asking for a
filename. You can see a screenshot of this Dialogue at:

When I enter some filename in the dialogue, it seems to be happy for a
while,
but after a few more Control-V, this dialogue appears again.

Has anybody already seen this dialogue window and know what its purpose
is,
and how to get rid of it permanently?
