Custom menu on the desktop

Hello world :)

Is it possible to have a custom menu on rigth click on the desktop like with 
fluxbox ? Because i know that i can make one with Configure kde -> Desktop -> 
Comportment ( i am not sure for the name because i use kde in french ), but i 
can't have submenu and choose the icon...
I recently moved to kde, kde is very interresting, good work :)
