ksirc notifications not working?

OK.  I verified that I can get a notification for the Window Manager
(e.g., notify on shade/unshade).  Not sure why the ksirc notifications
aren't working though.

Doesn't seem like it.  I thought that perhaps the "indicator on that
channel's tab" I was referring to was the same as "mark taskbar entry",
but it sounds like maybe not.

Very weird that I can't get this to work.  Well, I'm about to give up. 
GAIM with the guifications plugin seems to be doing the trick, so I'm not
going to spend much more time on this.
