No, the backtrace doesn't reveal much. You could try to replace some 
configuration files (make a backup of your own files first!) which seem to 
work for the other users. Replace for example in the directory 
~/.kde/share/config/ the files ksmserverrc (session management) and kickerrc 
(panel).
You can also replace the whole ~/.kde directory (again: backup!) and see if it 
works fine then. If it does, you can gradually put the original files back so 
you lose the minimum amount of data and settings.
