how to load an actual URL into Konqueror?

Please check "Settings->KDE Components->Component Chooser", On the
right select Web Browser. What options are set for this component?

I had similar problems I solved by removing a .desktop from
.kde/share/mimelnk, but this problem was with an older KDE
version.
