automounting

hi,

afaik kde-3.5 modular uses pmount to mount devices without fstab 
entries, is that right?

im currently getting the error messsage:

Could not mount device:

The reported error was:
mount: can't find /dev/USBSTICK in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtag   <- free 
translation

USBSTICK is the udev name for the usb stick.

whats going on here?
