No, didn't know what you had in you global file.

However, this isn't correct:

          <dir>/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1</dir>
          <dir>/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/OTF</dir>

If you want to use all X11 installed fonts you should replace them with:

          <dir>/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts</dir>
