It is need to be in my _local_ fonts.conf???
System wide directories defined in system wide configuration file:

# grep dir /etc/fonts/fonts.conf
        <dir>/usr/share/fonts</dir>
        <dir>/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1</dir> <dir>/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/OTF</dir>
        <dir>~/.fonts</dir>
