konsole font

Your file appears to be missing a list of system wide directories which 
would include:

   <dir>/usr/share/fonts</dir>

>  <match target="font" >

After adding that directory, open a Konsole

	su -
	<enter password>
	fc-cache -v

and see if this fixes it.
