My KMail became autist

Hello,
Yeterday I logged into Gnome and from there I started kmail.
Now I am logged back in KDE and I have an issue : if I start kontact, I can't find kmail tab anymore, I need to start it as a stand alone
>From kontact, if I click on "Configure kontact -> Select components", kmail is not listed anymore.
Does anyone have an idea why kmail decided to isolate and not to integrate with kontact anymore ?
