Also, Settings->Configure KMail->Security->Reading->Automatically import
missing keys and sertificates.
As it was discussed a while before here, red should mean that the signature
was downloaded, but declared invalid. Make sure to check some of the
signatures manually (save mail as file, save signature as file if it is
attachment, cat it to gpg) to make sure they are valid.
