Xinerama support under KDE 3.4.1 on Gentoo

Yes, if you attempt to emerge it with with the -pv option, the "xinerama"
flag will have an * if the flag has changed since the package was last
emerged. Though there may also be another way to do it by using the new qpkg
tool, equery.
