Can I get rid of the little triangle on top-left of the K-menu button?

Hi,

   On a default KDE 3.4 install, at the buttom-left there's a K-menu special button(the green KDE gecko), on the top-left side of it there's a little dark triangle, I don't like this little anonying triangle, how do I get rid of it?
