Can I have a fade away color schema for window title?

There's no patch. It's in the Control Center.

Control Center -> Appearance & Themes -> Colours -> Click on the "Widget 
Colour" popup and select "Active Title Bar" - this is the left colour and 
also select "Active Title Blend" - this is the right colour.
