Can I have a fade away color schema for window title?

Thanks. But could you please be a little more specific? I've Control
Center and Control Center(YaST) but I don't have "Information Center",
where is it?  I can't find your path to the "set Fading Active
Title".. I'm running SuSE 10.0 RC1 with KDE 3.4
