Remove "Open in this window" from konqueror's right-click menu?

Hello,

In 3.4.2, an "Open in this window" item appears in the right-click menu for a 
link, IF the link opens in a new window by default.

I would really really like to remove this item. It's a real nuisance, because 
it sometimes is there and sometimes is not. But I could not find it 
in /usr/share/apps/khtml/khtml_popupmenu.rc . 

Is there a way to remove it?
