Kmenuedit doesn't work

Hello,

I had the same problem sometimes ago.

In my case the file permissons of /var/tmp/kdecache-me/ksycoca and 
/var/tmp/kdecache-me/ksycocastamp was wrong (user and group was root instaed 
of myself).
