Open URLs in Thunderbird

I remember that one of the developers enabled this (Waldo Bastion IIRC), but I 
can't remember how it is triggered.
You could try if
kfmclient openURL %u
does it

Maybe it is a setting somewhere.

If not one can use DCOP to add a new tab to an existing Konqueror window, 
however the tricky part is to decide which if there are more than one.
