How to enable the old kicker icon-zoom effect in KDE 3.4?

That's funny, because I've seen Windows utilities that you could download that 
would do the exact same thing as the Mac does.  
I'll have to ask around tomorrow at work and see what the name of the utility 
was, but I definitely have seen at least one.

Another thing that strikes me as odd is that I thought MACs use at least some 
parts of KDE, and X  now, which means they should have to contribute some of 
that code back, right?  I'm beginning to wonder if I'm a little off on this 
part somewhere.
