KMail Reply Identity

When I reply to a email in a folder, how is the default identity chosen?  I 
have one folder that has and Sender Identity associated with it.  When I am 
in that folder, and start a new message, it works fine.  When I reply to a 
message in the folder, it choose the wrong one.
