mixing 2 languages (i18n)

Hi ,
I wish to accomplish this:
I want all the messages in KDE to be in English , but my date/time/monetary 
values to be in Bulgarian(for example).

This is easy in console setting LC_MESSAGES and LC_TIME with the values i 
want.
I think this must be possible but i don't know how .
Any ideas ?
