flatKnifty 0.2

Does anyone have a 0.2 version of flatKnifty lying around they could
send me? The link at kde-look doesn't work, and I haven't managed to
find any mirrors via googling.
The reason I'm looking for it is that 0.3 added boxes around the
buttons, which I don't want.
