Konqueror and toolbar bad behaviour

When i run konqueror (www) always appears the Documents Toolbar.
No matter many times i disable it, it starts the same behaviour when i run 
again konqueror.
If i want that toolbar disabled it should not appear, can this be fixed?

Also when i change view in konqueror filemanager, appears the bookmarjs 
toolbar.

Can this thngs be corrected?
