KDE 3.3.2-1.7.rh90.kde Theme Manager

Hi,

I've installed Red Hat Linux 9 (standard distribution) and then used apt 
to upgrade kde to the latest version (3.3.2-1.7.rh90.kde).

% apt-get install kde themer qt arts kdelibs kdebase redhat-artwork

I also did a distribution upgrade to upgrade all my packages.

% apt-get dist-upgrade

Everything is working fine except that I can no longer install new 
themes.  I downloadedsome themes from the www.kde-look.org web site but 
cannot install those themes in the KDE control center.  Any ideas on why 
I can no longer install new themes?

Any help would be appreciated.
