Install KDE on Ubuntu

Im new with Ubuntu. Can anyone tell me how to install kde on Ubuntu?? I know 
i can install it from Kubuntu but i have no time for downloading whole ISO 
again just for KDE. Can anyone explain me exacly what to do cuz i dont know 
Ubuntu well, and does anyone know what program is similar to KGet, i have 
Gnome and dont know anything about this enviroment. I need download manager 
which will list all files from serwer from which i want to download KDE.
