Cannot update/modify Kmenu

Thanks, this was the hint!

In my casse the file permissons of /var/tmp/kdecache-me/ksycoca and 
/var/tmp/kdecache-me/ksycocastamp was wrong (user and group was root instaed 
of me). I changed this and now I can change my kmenu. Running kbuildsycoca 
was not necessary.
