3.4: Disable shortinfos

Hello,
how can I disable to shortinfos that pop up, when hovering the cursor over the 
symbols in kicker?

Set up tasklist -> Apparence -> Show shortinfos 
(translated back from German, so may not be correct)
deactivate does not help anything?
