double loading of web page when going through <alt-f2> - run?

when i entered this and did "run command" - http://something, konqueror
started loading the same page as if i entered "konqueror" with no args.

this doesn't work at all.
it doesn't start anything or does it too fast to notice. but it is not
konqueror.
