Yes and it is in KDEDIR/share/icons/THEME (usualy /usr/share/icons 
or /opt/kde/share/icons)
which means it can change depending on your icon theme. If you modify it for a 
particular theme remember that it will have to be done in all point sizes.  
IIRC it is called kde.png
