device icons on the desktop

hi,

the rio forge is a flash based mp3. it has an extension slot in which 
you can add more flash but i haven't. so its just as it came, 512Mb mp3 
player.

here is a snippet of the log when i hook it up.

i searched the usb.usermap for the vendorId and ProdID they were nowhere 
to be found.

i think the reason it sets up the player at /media/FORGE is becasue 
FORGE is the volume label of the device. so it just thinks is a vfat 
hard disk w/ a label "FORGE"

also when i have "Show unmounted hard disks" it shows up on the desktop 
and the behavior is as expected.

hope i clarified somethings.
