Lock desktop icons - Avoid right mouse button menu

Also, you might want to have the directory for the DeskTop and the Icons have 
owner root:root and appropriate permissions so that only root can delete or 
rename them.  These would be 644 for the icons and 1755 for the DeskTop directory.
