File association of Konqueror changed unexpectedly

Sometimes the system changes the file associotion of text/htm for koqueror
from:
kfmclient openURL %u text/html

to:
kfmclient openURL %u inode/directory

Does anybody know what is changing the association rule ?
Is it a bug ?
