ALT-F2 ending up on the same desktop.

Hi all..

I use a 3 headed system, with 6 virtual desktops (1 thru 6)
All of a sudden my ALT-F2 popup ends up on one and the same virtual desktop 
(at this hour, the first, but has been the 6:th too)
It used to come up on the current desktop, and in the head i had my pointer 
in. But not anymore.. 
What can be wrong?
What can i do to fix it?

I haven't updated/upgraded anything lately. (as far as i know)
