kstart problem with --type

Hi,

 I use KDE 3.3 on a debian testing/unstable and since I upgreded, "kstart 
--type Override" doesn't work anymore.  Is this a KDE or a Debian bug?

Is there another way to start a konsole without decoration without playing 
with the mouse (I have a some script to open and place konsoles and other 
applications)?
