Multiple screens

Hello,

I have two screens in a dual-head configuration (not Xinerama).
Currently KDE starts a desktop on each screen, :0.0 and :0.1. I only
want it to start on the first head and just run X without a desktop on
the second head. How do I prevent kwin (and others) from starting on
the second head? I'm using KDE 3.2.2.
